• Project at 3,200m with numerous constraints (extreme wind, snow, thermal variation, earthquake, supply)

• Concrete infrastructure and steel and timber frame structure

• Structure supported by over 60 micropiles

• Glass curtain wall

• Structure connected to cantilevered cable-stayed footbridge

• Connected to the existing pedestrian tunnel, this building will house a panoramic terrace, a wine cellar and a bar/restaurant offering 360° panoramic views of Mont Blanc.
